We love our customers and 2008 Marks the 25th Anniversary of The Cheese Corner and first full year of ownership for Charlotte Toombs and her Little Rock based business partner, Paula Keys. We're celebrating with newly designed T-shirts, mouse pads, Cheese Corner Calendars, magnets, and many other items and events including giveaways on the 25th of every month to mark 25 years of bringing the world to you!

Over the last year The Cheese Corner has gone thru an evolution that has included:

• New decor. Flags from all corners of the globe now decorate customer seating areas.
• No more waiting in line to order at the counter. Our guests have indicated that they prefer to be seated and order from our servers – and we listened!
• New products! We have everything from whimsical martini glasses to that hard to find cheese to exotic spices. Our product line is constantly growing. Come in and take a look at what's new!
• Book exchange. Finished with a book and want to share? Drop it off and pick up another! Completely free of charge to our customers!
• Same Logo but with flags from Around the World circling

• Order on website through PayPal

We are trying to make a difference in the spa city with new ideas, giving hearts, and open minds to the customers that we serve that continue to patronize The Cheese Corner. We will always try new things for new and old customers and continue the tradition for another 25 years.

Now of course, none of this would be possible without our wonderful staff and customers!

Like a good cheese, our staff just gets better every year! We're so lucky to have the following employees to help us serve the wonderful community of Hot Springs!

Manager Angie Schuller. Angie's been a Cheese Corner staple for a whopping 16 years! Angie brings years of experience and a work ethic every employer dreams of.

Asst. Manager Kathy Benton has been with The Cheese Corner for 10 years and, like Angie, brings years of knowledge, experience and hard work to our customers everyday.

Finally, a customer favorite, Cindy has been serving our customers for 3 years and is tireless in her quest to please our customers and give them the best experience possible.

We also have 3 part time employees Rainey, Tiffany, and Amanda. These 3 are like Gouda with Walnut it doesn't get any better than that.

If someone had told me 16 months ago I would have such a fun restaurant, staff like family, and friends for customers I would have said there is NO WAY it would be all wrapped up into one business. Guess what? That is exactly how it is. As cheesy as it sounds that is the truth. If you have never been to the Cheese corner or if it has been a while, you are in for a treat.
