We provide great value
gifts for our customers and as a result have managed to develop a
large client base. Baskets may vary from picture, but we make every
effort to contain all items listed. Any substitutions are of equal or
higher value.
Shipping Questions: All orders are shipped within 24 hours and
delivered accordingly. (NOTE: Fedex is not open on Sundays. Fedex 2nd
Day Service must be placed before 4 p.m. in order to go out that day.
Fedex 2nd Day must be placed before 12 p.m. {extra charge of $12.50}
in order to ship Saturday.) Please note that we ship only via Fedex
and USPS Priority; therefore, we must insist you understand their
shipping regulations and contact them with any shipment questions. We
will provide you with a tracking number once your order is ready for
shipment via the email you provide at checkout. If you give us the
wrong address for delivery you will be responsible for shipping
surcharges. If the item is undeliverable and is returned to us, we
will refund your money on any re-saleable, non-perishable items minus
any shipping charges incurred. If you have a specific shipping
question, we will try our best to answer it.
Refund Questions: In order to obtain a refund please
immediately. The basket must be returned to us (shipping charges are
nonrefundable) with accompanying pictures of outside packaging and
basket's condition upon its arrival. We will take care of the problem
immediately by either refunding your money, sending you a replacement
basket, or sending you a replacement item.
